I had a wonderful stay! the super clean cleanliness throughout the hotel immediately set a cute tone. the staff were friendly. They were always ready to assist with genuine warmth. my room was beautifully designed and spacious. it had all the amenities needed!

The gym equipment could use some maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of service.

The location was pretty good, close enough to walk to the main attractions. Breakfast had a decent selection.

The spa access was a joke. You only get an hour per day and MUST make a reservation. i found the limited time rather annoying.

the breakfast was acceptable.

There was an issue with the spa access. I was only allowed one hour per day. i had to reserve it. my room wasn't clean enough. I noticed hairs on the bed and dust under it. it was quite irritating.
